Though Cuban says trade 'makes no sense,' Terry trying not to stress about Thursday deadline

"There is one shopping day left in the NBA trading season and Mark Cuban is insistent that the Mavericks will be non-players in the market.

His reasoning is simple: it makes no sense.

Don't mind Jason Terry if he's a little skeptical.

Terry said after he pumped in 24 points in the win over Washington that he's trying only to take care of his business on the court and not stress about Thursday's trading deadline.

But it's not easy.

"You just got to keep it all in perspective, knowing that nothing's promised,'' Terry said. "If you take care of your business today, tomorrow will take care of itself. That's how I've been approaching it. For me, go out there and play as hard as you can, knowing that somebody's watching."
